A Night of Band Music

Our first North Metro Music Education Concert of Bands was a beautiful celebration of music, hard work, and fun! The concert was dedicated to our late friend and President, Mrs. Trish Fletcher. We heard from our Marching Eagles, under the direction of our Band Director - Amy Gravitte, Assistant - Tori McCord, Colorguard Director - Mary Brunton, and Percussion Director - Reginald Ferguson. We enjoyed the tunes of our Jazz Band, directed by Vaughn Irby. Our Band 2/3 students impressed us with their progress under the direction of Amy Gravitte. And finally, Mr. Irby and Band 4 blew us away with their repertoire that included a tribute to Aretha Franklin. It was a sweet celebration for families and friends. Everyone enjoyed cake and apple cider at the conclusion of the performances.

We are looking forward to another great concert this Thursday night, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. Our Orchestras and Chorus will be performing. We would love to have anyone join us this week for our final night of music before the holiday season begins.

We are now accepting registrations for our spring semester. Classes begin January 9. We have openings in all levels of Concert Band, Jazz Band (for advanced students), all levels of Orchestra, and in Chorus. We accept homeschooled, private schooled and public schooled students.
